Please note that we are a small business and many of our processes require manual intervention. Please consider your need to change or cancel orders carefully. We really appreciate your support and help. 

For cancellations. Whilst we try our best, we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled before it reaches dispatch. Received goods can be rejected on delivery or returned to sender by customers, but we cannot process a refund until the parcel has been received back to our warehouse

For changes. If your order is time sensitive, it may be more efficient for you to cancel your original order and place a new order. However, please note the above regarding cancellations. If you are wishing to add or remove more than three items to an existing order, we would suggest requesting a cancellation and re-ordering your products.
