Holiday Shutdown

Hey there!

As we tumble head first into the festive season, we want to make sure you’re all set to receive your goodies before the year wraps up.

If you want your items to arrive before the clock strikes midnight on December 31^st, you’ve got until Saturday 20^th December to place your orders. That’s right, folks! So don’t let procrastination be the Grinch that steals your shiny new toys sophisticated gadgets.

Here’s what you need to know about our collection schedule:

• Last collection of year – 23^rd December 2024.
• First collection 2025 – 6^th of January 2025.

Don’t forget, because rather than smart home goodies you might get coal for Christmas ... or nothing at all, which is a bit sadder.

During the festive break, we’ll be doing our best to support you with any queries or concerns. However, please keep in mind that our support will be on a “best effort” basis. Think of it as us trying to catch snowflakes on our tongues while answering your questions—fun, but a bit tricky!

Oh, and just to sprinkle a little extra magic onto your holiday, it is possible that we’ll have some orders “dispatched” during our time away. What does that mean? Well, it means your items have been packed up, prepped, and are ready to hit the road (or sleigh) as soon as we’re back in action. So keep your eyes peeled for those tracking notifications.

We appreciate your understanding and kindness. Santa’s elves might be working hard, but ours needs a little R and R.
