We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and unused.

Damage and Quality Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate your individual circumstance and make it right for you.

Please note, this process is different to the usual returns process, so please do not send the item back to us unless instructed!

Exchanges

If your order is time sensitive, it may be more efficient for you to return your original order and place a new order. However, please note that unfortunately we cannot process your original refund until the item has been received back at our warehouse.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method, minus any shipping fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit/debit card company to process and post the refund too.
